Yuichiro is an experienced consultant, facilitator and coach with a demonstrated history of working to develop people and teams. He is skilled in organizational development, employee engagement, leadership development, communication skills, sales skills, executive coaching, training needs analysis, instructional design and trainer development.
Yuichiro received his M.S. in Information Engineering from Toyohashi University of Technology. He began his IT career working for Asahi Kasei, a leading industrial conglomerate in Japan. After working as an IT project manager and HR manager for many years, Yuichiro worked for Dale Carnegie Training as a partner and a Global Master Trainer to pursue his passion for helping people and organizations succeed. Yuichiro has worked with over 250 global/domestic enterprise companies and early stage startups in a wide range of sectors including: Finance, Real Estate, Manufacturing, IT, Pharmaceuticals, Health Care, Logistics, Food & Beverage, Retail, Travel, Entertainment, Aerospace, Government and more. In addition to his role as a facilitator and coach, Yuichiro also teaches the Global Leadership Development Program at Rikkyo University.
Yuichiro lives in Chiba, Japan with his wife and two daughters.

石原氏は情報工学の修士号を取得後、旭化成グループにおいて財務会計システムを中心とした業務システム構築・運用に従事。さらに人事部門にて採用と人財・組織開発を統括しました。その後、100年以上にわたり世界95か国で展開する世界最古にして世界最大級の組織開発コンサルティングファームであるデール・カーネギー・トレーニングに移り、日本法人の取締役トレーニング部門責任者、グローバルマスタートレーナーとして企業・団体の人財育成・組織開発を推進しました。そのクライアントは、グローバル企業からスタートアップまで250社を超え、金融、不動産、製造、IT、製薬、ヘルスケア、ロジスティクス、フード＆ビバレッジ、リテール、旅行、エンターテインメント、航空宇宙、 政府など、あらゆる業界に及びます。 また立教大学経営学部にてグローバルリーダーシップ開発を教えています。
