Tim is an executive coach, facilitator, and enablement leader with over 15 years of experience helping teams and organizations perform at their best. He has built and run enablement programs across Asia-Pacific, Europe, and the United States at some of the world's most demanding tech companies, including Google, Meta, and Xero. In these roles, he designed learning experiences and interventions that create real, measurable change at both the individual and team level.
Grounded in a Master of Science in Coaching Psychology from the University of Sydney, Tim brings evidence-based practice together with deep commercial credibility. Whether he's running a team offsite, facilitating a leadership workshop, or working with an individual on their development, his approach is the same: practical, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that people do their best work when they understand their own strengths and have the tools to act on them. Tim's facilitation style is direct and energizing. He creates spaces where honest conversations happen and real capability gets built.
Why do you like working with our clients?
I love helping people who are trying to push themselves and grow in new and challenging ways. That's exactly the kind of work I find most meaningful. I've spent my career inside fast-moving tech organizations, so I understand the pressure these teams are under and what it actually takes to shift behavior at scale. I love the moment in a workshop when a team starts to see themselves differently; like when a new frame or a well-timed question changes the energy in the room. That's what keeps me coming back.
What are some fun facts about you?
- In 2026 I successfully used AI to train me to finish a half marathon in under two hours.
- I am a huge aviation buff. I’ve changed my flight schedule just to be on a specific plane (often).
- I once lived out of a suitcase for the better part of a year across three continents - which taught me more about adaptability and resilience than any course I've ever been on.
