In her 25 years of corporate sales and management experience, Swee established and led Asian divisions for global organizations. Throughout her career in the highly competitive technology industry, Swee and her teams consistently created multi-million-dollar business revenue streams and successful long-term client partnerships in Asia-Pacific. She attributes these achievements to her ability to foster strong collaboration and trust with both internal and external stakeholders.

Having experienced the benefits of organizational redesigns, Swee has identified an often-overlooked aspect: the human side of organizations. She sees the human element as essential for creating an organization where leaders and teams thrive in a positive, successful culture.

This conviction shapes Swee’s current work as a Facilitator and Executive Coach, putting human connections at the center of her approach. She collaborates closely with leaders and teams to ignite genuine human connection and trust through authentic communication.

Swee received her education in Singapore and the USA. Based in Singapore and effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin, her work spans across Asia Pacific, China, Europe and USA.

Among her professional accreditations are PCC - Professional Certified Coach, ICF, CPCC - Certified Professional Co-Active Coach, and Team Performance Coach - Team Coaching International & GTCI.

What are some fun facts about you?

• As a child, I received training from Chinese language experts, enabling me to perform in acting and singing roles on national radio—a path that sparked my childhood ambition of becoming a performer!
• I have a strong affinity to baseball: I played softball for 6 years throughout high school and junior college, was an avid fan of the LA Dodgers while studying in the US for four years, and now enjoy Korean baseball games in my free time.
