With 25 years of corporate experience in strategic sales and management, Swee has established and led Asian divisions of global organizations. She has diverse responsibilities, including strategic client acquisition, project management, commercial partnerships, talent recruitment, and team leadership.
Within the highly competitive and fast-paced technology industry, Swee and her teams consistently delivered strategic IT and business solutions to enterprise clients across various regions. They created multi-million-dollar business revenue streams and successful long-term client partnerships by building strong collaboration and trust with internal and external stakeholders.
In her current work as an effective bilingual facilitator and coach, she supports leaders and their teams in moving beyond the status quo to achieve sustainable high performance. Results-focused and versatile, she thrives on inspiring and supporting sales leaders and teams to access their brilliance, discover new perspectives, gain clarity, and move to focused action.
She has worked with organizations in Asia Pacific, China, Europe, and the USA, including GSK, Roche, Medtronic, Gucci, Tory Burch, Saint Gobain, Richemont, The Page Group, Believe Digital, AXA Partners, as well as government organizations in Singapore. Swee is also a facilitator with Accenture for leadership development workshops in English and Mandarin for their clients.
Swee is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with ICF, a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) with the Co-Active Training Institute, a Team Performance Coach with Team Coaching International & GTCI, and a Certified Leadership Circle Coach.

What are some fun facts about you?
- As a young child, I was trained by Chinese language experts to perform (acting and singing) in children’s programs on national radio until my teenage years.
- I was a huge fan of the LA Dodgers during my four university years in the USA, having played softball for six years in high school and junior college.
