Stephen is a highly strategic and curious sales trainer with extensive experience in SAAS sales. Over his 10-year career, he has worked in growth start-ups and international technology companies across different industries. Initially trained as a sports physiotherapist, Stephen transitioned to SAAS sales and quickly excelled. Within two years at Gartner, he earned the prestigious title of the number one sales performer in Europe for new business and ranked in the top 1% globally among 10,000 sales professionals.

Motivated by his personal accomplishments, Stephen decided to join the global sales enablement team to support others' success and scale his impact by creating and delivering exceptional sales training. He was specifically chosen to be part of a small team responsible for redesigning global sales onboarding for a remote-first workforce. The program was rolled out to thousands of new sales representatives and enabled Stephen to accumulate over 600 hours of 1-on-1 sales coaching.

Driven by his continued passion for empowering people to unleash their full potential, Stephen pursued certifications as a Certified Executive Coach for Berkeley HAAS, a qualified archetypal leadership coach and a relationship therapist. He now focuses on supporting leaders and organizations through major change initiatives through a humanistic developmental approach.

I strongly believe that sales is fundamentally a life skill built on meaningful connections with others, and our capacity to influence, engage and understand other people plays a crucial role in our personal and professional success. I firmly adhere to the old proverb 'Give a man a fish and he will eat for a day, teach a man to fish and he will eat for a lifetime.' So it brings me great joy to witness our clients experience those moments when the training clicks for them, and they move beyond theoretical knowledge to a practical understanding of how to apply it in real scenarios.

• I have traveled to over 48 countries (my record is 17 in one year!)
• I worked as a physiotherapist at the football (soccer) team Manchester City, despite being a boyhood Manchester United fan
• I am a qualified Canadian Ski instructor and my polish surname is Ski
