Why do you like working with our clients?
As an instructional designer, I love becoming a SME right alongside the SMEs I work with. This exchange of information keeps me curious and allows me to provide new (and hopefully exciting) insights into how an organization functions. Putting this all together into a training plan that works – that’s what’s most rewarding for me.
What are some fun facts about you?
- I love to ski and ride motorcycles, but I had to give up the bike (for now).
- I’ve been involved in community theater in almost every place I’ve lived.
