Nick is a Learning & Development leader with over 12 years experience using cutting-edge technology to develop and implement engaging training solutions. Nick has a talent and passion for creating people-centered solutions and has worked across various fields including education, biotech, food services, sales, tech, and SaaS. Nick is also a certified performance improvement analyst. In this role, Nick has experience driving business results, coaching internal development teams, owning key initiatives, and collaborating with stakeholders and subject matter experts.

What do you like about working with our clients? 

Developing strong relationships with our clients is my favorite part of this work. I love the diversity of our audiences and the challenge of creating right-sized training for them. Learning can be a fun experience with the right mindset and energy.
