Montana Chan is a dedicated, passionate, and driven coaching and training professional with more than 20 years of people development experience. Montana has worked with several of the world’s best-performing global organisations including LVMH, HSBC, Google, Dior, Estee Lauder, L’Oréal and more.
As a driven professional who has always had a knack for best practices, Montana built a name for herself as a skilled corporate executive. Her success and reputation has brought her to different cities in countries spread all around the world. She has directly facilitated and supervised training programs across North America, Asia, Europe, and the Middle East, serving more than 4,000 trainees worldwide.
Montana holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Monash University in Australia, and a Master of Business Administration MBA from HKUST in Hong Kong. She is fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and English.
Additionally, Montana is an ICF certified credentialed coach and holds accreditations in leadership development and personality assessment tools like Situational Leadership, Hogan Assessment, SDI Core Strengths, DISC, NLP, and more.

- I am an oil painting artist; I love expressing my emotions through paint.
- I have ten siblings, six brothers and four sisters.
- My first job was doing door-to-door sales in Australia, with commission as the only source of income.
