As Head of Sales Asia/Pacific at BASF, Milan led a cross-cultural sales team in Asia/Pacific to achieve outstanding growth results in highly competitive markets. Milan turned his methods and insights on leadership, sales management and coaching into experiential training programs that helped his clients shift to the next level.
Milan is the Chief Experience Officer (CEO) & Co-Founder of La Tierra Thailand, a Leadership Development company. Together with his team, he provides experiential learning programs in its resort center in the lush hills of Chiang Mai, Thailand.
Milan is a partner of Google's Master Faculty and Faculty Member at the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI), the world’s largest coach training school. As a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC, ACC), Milan loves working with clients who seek to excel at what matters most to them beyond ticking off to-do lists.
Milan holds a double Masters in Management degree (M.Sc.) from ESCP Europe and Universidad Carlos III and a B.Sc. degree from the University of Augsburg, Germany.
Milan speaks five languages, has lived in nine countries on three continents and considers Thailand his home in Asia. When Milan is not tasting delicious Thai dishes, you’ll find him out in nature – hiking or diving the beautiful corners of the world.

I am most fulfilled when empowering my clients to co-create positive change globally. Because that is one way I express my life purpose which is to inspire others to celebrate life.
What are some fun facts about you?
- I have written six original wedding songs and performed them at my friends’ wedding with my ukulele.
- At 7 years old, I won an award as best male ice figure skater in my hometown. Yes, I might have been the only one.
- I was chased by a wild elephant in the jungles of Thailand - twice!
