As a frontline seller, enterprise sales leader, and L&D executive, he knows how curiosity-driven consultation and tailored learning translate into real-world results. He has led sales teams serving brands including Netflix, Spotify, Delta Air Lines, and Marriott, and built global learning programs at Meta, Peloton, and Rokt.
Across every role, Mike brings an energetic, client-first approach that turns learning into lasting behavioral change and measurable impact. He thrives on helping hungry, driven, and fun sales teams sharpen their skills, better serve their clients, and achieve lasting results.
Mike holds an MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business and a BA in Marketing and Psychology from Indiana University. Raised outside Detroit, he now lives just outside New York City with his wife, Liz, and their two children, Cece and Will.
What do you like about working with our clients?
I love it when a client-first curiosity sparks relevant, engaging learning that sellers can immediately put into action. The best part is seeing a new process or mindset show up not just in the training room, but also in how people create value for their teams and clients. What excites me most is coaching people and teams to stretch beyond what they thought was possible, growing in ways that serve them, their clients, and their business.
What are some fun facts about you?
- I’m a huge sports fan and my first job out of college was as a production assistant at ESPN where I produced nightly SportsCenter highlights.
- I have a huge sweet tooth and love to cook, grill, and bake.
- I am on a 4+ year weekly workout streak with Peloton, which started before I worked there and continues today. Required for me given the sweet tooth.
