Marita started her career at Corporate Executive Board (now Gartner) and worked her way up to a Commercial Director role where she led teams of senior account executives. In this role, Marita led teams in the AMER and APAC markets and managed portfolios of about $10 billion in revenue. While leading the team in Sydney, Marita helped her team turn one of the weakest performing markets into the strongest within a 12 month period. Following her time in sales leadership, Marita moved into Sales Learning and Development. She established herself as a master facilitator and coach specializing in consultative sales frameworks.
Marita has recently fulfilled a lifelong dream of combining her passions for entrepreneurship, mentoring and promoting financial literacy. She's passionate about helping young professionals establish a healthier relationship with money and empowers them to be financially independent.
Marita graduated from the College of Charleston in South Carolina with a degree in International Business. She currently lives in the West Lakeview neighborhood of Chicago which is not far from her large family in the greater Chicago area.
