Lauren is an experienced entrepreneur, salesperson and speaker with a passion for helping build businesses and people. At the ripe age of 18, Lauren started her first sales job doing door-to-door sales. Lauren finished in the top 20 of 3000 sales people each summer, and passionately recruited and trained top teams of college students to do the same. At 23 years old, she founded and developed her first business which grossed a half million-dollars in only its third year. She started and sold two successful businesses before the age of 30. During this time, she hired, trained and managed over 400 people in positions ranging from sales to management and operations. Since selling her last company, Lauren has helped businesses around the world develop their people, through customized sales and leadership training and coaching sessions.
Lauren received her B.A. in Liberal Studies with a minor in Communications and Business Administration at Point Loma Nazarene University in San Diego, CA. She currently lives between Spain, Los Angeles, and Uruguay with her husband Rafael. Together, Lauren and Rafael own a professional soccer team in Spain.
What do you love about working with our clients:
I love leading interactive, inspiring and memorable trainings with our clients around the world. When we finish training for the day and the group beams saying, "This was the best sales training we've ever had!", it makes me so proud of what we do. It’s great to see people excited to implement the new techniques we have worked on.
