Jaime is an entertaining, insightful, and thought-provoking facilitator, and delivers a message that helps teams and individuals understand how to create impactful interactions. Jaime’s experience and knowledge of people and how to enhance relationships through better experiences, provides new perspectives that inspire, motivate, and drive you to see the way you have been doing things in a whole new light.

Jaime is a graduate of the University of Central Florida in Orlando and earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Interpersonal Communications. Jaime has an established, comprehensive, and proven background in sales, branding, training & development, leadership coaching, facilitation, change management, business development and professional speaking.

When it comes to learning and development, Jaime stands by the philosophy that a Trainer is not one who just stands in front of the room and lectures but rather one who knows the importance of engaging and developing an associates’ thinking and to encourage them to become an active part of the learning process. She believes that while it’s important to know the “what” and, more importantly, the “why”.

Jaime has considerable experience working with teams and individuals all over the world and in a diverse range of industries. Her advanced understanding of the behaviors of people and cultural differences allows for her to directly relate to her clients and to create an impactful training, coaching session, and presentation. Being able to interact and connect with all types of nationalities, Jaime has learned that it is not the adage, “treat people as you want to be treated", but better yet, “treat people as they want to be treated.” It was that experience that started Jaime’s desire to understand more about people and inspired her to get certified in DISC Behavior Styles. Jaime is a certified DISC trainer.

Why do you like working with our clients?
While business models and companies may be different, the common factor is people. I absolutely love meeting the diverse group of people we get to work with daily. Helping them create and instill processes that foster positive change gets me fired up every time.

What are some fun facts about you?

  • I worked on a cruise ship for 2 ½ years. Yes, you can call me Julie McCoy.
  • I did Improv training program at Second City in Chicago.
  • I love to cook and create gourmet meals at home.
