Erica Ruchman
Instructional Designer
Erica Ruchman is a seasoned Learning Experience Designer with extensive expertise in instructional design methodologies, multimedia development, and graphic design. Her robust background in technology allows her to craft innovative and engaging learning artifacts that leverage her knowledge of learning theory and user experience design.
Erica's experience includes senior instructional design roles at leading organizations like IBM, FICO, and Edward Jones. She has led content strategy and development for a diverse array of programs, including onboarding, sales training, analytics and technology, software and skills training, and financial literacy.
In addition to her corporate roles, Erica has served as an adjunct instructor in English, rhetoric, and writing at universities across San Diego. Erica holds a B.A. in English with a minor in Communications from California State University San Marcos and an M.A. in English from San Diego State University. She lives in Los Angeles with her daughter, Elena.
