David has experience in diverse cultures and industries. He has been helping clients discover solutions through coaching, workshops, facilitating, and teaching for over 27 years. David's experiences of learning, reflecting on new approaches, and leaving the safety zone of life, has helped to shape his creative approach to guiding clients. David has a broad and deep business background and perspective that clients appreciate. He began his career in sales and marketing at Kia Information and Microsoft and then spent the last 27 years as an entrepreneur and CEO of start-up companies. He has now found his passion as an executive coach, facilitator and peach farmer!

As a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, David coaches the strengths that create excellence in work and life by identifying (Name it), accepting (Claim it), and developing (Aim it). David has extended his reach and now teaches and trains new Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach in Korea. David’s own top 5 Gallup strengths are: Strategic, Developer, Futuristic, Communication, and Individualization.
David is also a Professional Certified Coach and holds the KPC qualification of the Korean Coach Association. He received a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Kyounghee University and a master’s degree in International Business from Massey University in New Zealand. In addition, David holds qualifications for Italian Chefs, Organic Agricultural Technicians, Urban Agricultural Experts, Horticultural Psychological Counsellors, Hand Drip Coffee Experts, and Food Art Therapy.
David’s hobbies are camping, cooking, and gardening. David has been married for 32 years and has one daughter.

David’s personal mission is to build happy leaders who can have a positive impact on themselves, their teams, companies, and the communities where they live. When David asks leaders of large multinational corporations to describe the happiest moment from their lives, he finds that only a few can answer the question. Through the coaching and teaching experience, David loves to help our clients gain fulfillment and “happy success” by leveraging their strengths.
