Carolina is a passionate and energetic executive coach and leadership development consultant. Besides facilitating sessions with Accelerate Performance, she is the founder of Hikes of Life, focused on professional development programs while hiking in Switzerland, where she is based. She also coaches executives globally in Portuguese, English, Spanish, or French. Carolina's energy, spontaneity, and wholeheartedness form the foundation of her client support, fostering deep connections and guiding individuals to develop the skills they need to succeed.

Prior to fully immersing herself in professional development, Carolina dedicated almost two decades to diverse corporate roles, spanning sales, logistics, procurement, HR and project management across Latin America, Asia, and Europe. This rich experience offered her not only a comprehensive understanding of business dynamics, but also a humility and flexibility that guides her interactions.

Carolina is originally from Brazil, but has been curious and passionate about the world since a very early age, which culminated with her studying international relations as a bachelor in the University of São Paulo. Carolina also holds an Insead MBA and is a certified Professional Coach from Integral Coaching Canada.

What are some fun facts about you?

• I am the oldest of 4 siblings, I have 3 youngs kids, 2 cats and 1 husband
• I have lived in 8 different countries and visited all continents, except Antarctica (on my list, but without small kids!)
• Despite loving languages, I am ashamed of not being fluent in German, the official language of the place I currently call home!
