What do you like about working with our clients?

I'm energized by helping people unlock their potential and create meaningful change in their work. There's nothing quite like witnessing that moment when someone discovers a new strength or breaks through a barrier that's been holding them back. I believe skill development happens through three key ingredients: continuous learning, honest feedback, and thoughtful coaching. When we combine these elements, people don't just grow their capabilities—they gain confidence, increase their impact, and find more joy in what they do.

What are some fun facts about you?

  • I’m an improv enthusiast turned collaboration catalyst. I practice improv and use those skills to help teams listen better and have more fun together. I once performed on stage with "Whose Line Is It Anyway?" improvisers. Ask me about it!
  • I’m an Airbnb detective extraordinaire. Friends call me when they need the perfect place to stay. I've turned travel accommodation research into an art form.
  • I keep a "Never Been There, Never Done That" list at all times. It’s my collection of places to explore and experiences to try, because there's always something new to discover.
