Bob has been a leader in sales and leadership development for over the last 30 years. I know, he looks young but don't let that fool you; he's old and experienced. Bob has worked with a wide range of clients in various industries. Bob's has worked with and managed client relationships with Hilton, AAA, Enterprise Rent A Car, United Healthcare, Becton Dickinson, PIMCO and Google. Bob executes all phases of our business from prospecting new business to leading client relationships, program development and follow up. Bob is especially passionate about helping clients create the habits and discipline to sustain exceptional long-term performance.
Prior to getting into the performance consulting world, Bob was responsible for leading the sales team at Alamo overseeing sales for the Western United States. Under Bob's leadership sales grew at an exponential rate, and included bringing on multiple multi-million dollar customers. Bob says his biggest sale was getting his wife, Jennine, to say yes! They have a very talented 10-year-old daughter who you'll likely see on America's Got Talent in the next few years (She is an amazing singer, seriously, she is.) Bob grew up in Boston and moved to Southern CA in 1993 and now lives in San Clemente, CA with his family.
Why do you like working with our clients?
I live on helping people improve and have success. It can be from helping a C-Suite Executive build a team and vision to crush their objectives or a helping a front-line salesperson sell 5 more insurance policies every month. I wake up every day thinking about my clients and how I can help them get even better and when I do it puts fuel in my tank.
