Amy Tran is a dedicated instructional designer with a passion for crafting transformative learning experiences. With a background in education and a love for technology, she brings a unique blend of creativity and expertise to the realm of instructional design. 

With a Master's degree in Instructional Design and years of hands-on experience, Amy is driven by a genuine enthusiasm for helping learners succeed. During her time with the Sky Zone Franchise Group, she created over 100+ e-Learning modules and videos over 7 years and served more than 12,000 team members both nationally and globally. Most of her e-Learning modules have been translated into multiple languages such as Spanish, French, Norwegian and Chinese. On average, each of Amy’s training videos have garnered over 600+ views.  Amy believes that the key to successful training lies in understanding the learner's perspective, tailoring content to meet their needs, and simplifying complex concepts into something easily understood.

Amy has extensive experience working with teams and individuals all over the world and in a diverse range of industries. She believes in a culturally sensitive approach to instructional design that respects the individuality of learners while emphasizing universal learning principles. Collaborating closely with international stakeholders, Amy ensures that the learning journey reflects a harmonious blend of cultures.
