Born in Sydney to Australian and Hungarian parents, Amy Nemes has over 20 years of experience across various industries throughout Europe and APAC in operations and procurement, both in the public and private sectors.

Through her senior leadership roles, steering change and transformation efforts, Amy's empathy and understanding of organizational pain points and potential solutions stem from firsthand experience.

From creating leadership development programs to mentoring emerging leaders and facilitating clear strategy and alignment through organizational transformation, Amy utilizes her strong communication and relationship-building abilities to create a trusting and motivational environment. She possesses unique intercultural competency, leadership, and facilitation skills.

• I find calm in nature at the working farm I run with my husband and two children in central Switzerland.
