Brian has been a part of the Accelerate Performance team since 2007 and has supported the creation and delivery of programs at PIMCO, Google, Causeway Capital and Facebook.   

Prior to his work as a Consultant, Brian was a leading producer and manager for one of the largest training and consulting companies in the world.  Brian started his career with Ingersoll-Rand, eventually becoming the company’s youngest award-winning Area Manager.

Brian received a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Rutgers University, where he was active in student government serving as president of the residence hall student council.   Brian grew up in Cincinnati, attended High School in Southern New Jersey and lives in Long Beach, California with his wife Kim and their high school aged son Bryce. Their daughter Kendall is a freshman at Scripps College.

Why do you like working with our clients?

It's a blast and real challenge to work with people at some of the most dynamic companies in the world.  We get to work on real challenges and opportunities and it's incredibly rewarding to see people light up when they make meaningful progress.  Plus my kids think it's cool when they recognize the name of one of our clients.

What are some fun facts about you?

• I worked in a small brewery in Northern California.
• I participated in a 100-mile bike ride through Death Valley and borrowed a bike on the way to the event.
• My Grandfather's hat fit me perfectly when I was 5 years old.
