Jeff is a sales trainer, coach of the coach and content developer. He developed his practice in the call center and direct sales environment working with travel, insurance, and telecommunication companies on improving their sales communication and coaching skills to drive sales results. Over his career, he has had the privilege of working with companies such as Anthem Blue Cross, Charter Communications, RCI Global, Hotels.com, Hertz, the University of Phoenix, Cox Communications and many others.
Jeffs’ sweet spot is facilitating high energy, dynamic, challenging, engaging training and coaching sessions where he has worked with thousands of client-facing representatives and conducted well over 3000 hours of training. His clients describe him as genuine, passionate and dedicated to consistently deliver outstanding results. At RCI Global, for example, confirmations were increased by over 17%, a $30 million improvement. At Hotels.com, there was a 15%, or $15 million, improvement in conversions.
When not on the road, he can be found in Salt Lake City with his wife Tricia and two children. Utah's diverse outdoor environment provides a great balance to the demands of life, work and an opportunity to continue to challenge his biking, skiing, and rock climbing skills.

The zest of life comes from 2 distinct elements; learning and accomplishment. This position allows me to give and receive that. Every interaction provides me with both the chance to learn something new and the possibility to make a difference. Nothing makes me more proud than to hear that I made a positive impact. That is the reason I get on airplanes and pour myself into my craft.
