Why do you like working with our clients?

I’m fascinated by human performance and what enables people and teams to perform at their best. Getting to know our clients, understanding their world and getting underneath the real performance challenges they’re trying to solve is what makes the work so interesting.

My focus is on uncovering, with our clients, the moments that matter most to them: the critical conversations, decisions and behaviours where small shifts can have a significant impact. Together, we turn those insights into practical changes that stick.

What makes the work most rewarding is seeing the impact beyond the programme or workshop. Creating meaningful, lasting change matters, as does measuring the ROI of that investment through stronger leadership, higher-performing teams and better business outcomes.

What are some fun facts about you?

  • I’m a qualified clown. Yes, that’s a real qualification, although written on imaginary paper.
  • I played basketball for Ireland at underage level and have been talking about it for far too long.
  • I love learning. Unfortunately, that enthusiasm hasn’t yet translated to cooking. I’m still working on the very, very basics.
