Anna Choi is an Executive Coach, Coaching Psychologist, and Facilitator who helps leaders unlock their potential through deep self-awareness, emotional mastery, and purposeful transformation. With a Ph.D. in Coaching Psychology and an MBA, she integrates scientific insight with practical business expertise to guide leaders in overcoming internal barriers and achieving sustainable success. Before dedicating herself to leadership development, Anna built a robust career in marketing communication across international organizations, global corporations, and startups. This diverse background honed her agility and gave her a deep understanding of varied corporate cultures, enabling her to connect with leaders from different industries and adapt her approach to their unique contexts.
Anna delivers programs on understanding oneself, understanding others, and mastering effective communication—and applies these principles to sales training, helping clients communicate more effectively with their customers. Her coaching style blends encouragement with direct, constructive feedback, empowering leaders to align their leadership style with their vision and values while driving meaningful change in their organizations. Her facilitation style is equally dynamic—centered on delivering clear, impactful messages, fostering active participation, and guiding insightful debrief sessions where participants learn from one another’s perspectives. This approach ensures that sessions are both engaging and transformative, leaving participants with actionable insights they can apply immediately.
Anna is currently a Faculty Member at the Co-Active Training Institute, serving as a Coach’s Supervisor. She has also served as a Visiting Professor of Coaching Psychology at KwangWoon University Graduate School and as an Adjunct Professor at Seoul Media Institute of Technology for Startup Business Model. She provides coaching, training, and facilitation for both Korean and global companies, including L’Oréal, Louis Vuitton, Paypal, Microsoft, Hyundai Mobis, SK Innovation E&S, and LG Best Shop, helping leaders strengthen their capabilities, influence, and impact.
She is a PCC (Professional Certified Coach, ICF), CPCC (Certified Professional Co-Active Coach, CTI), and KSC (Korea Coach Association) credentialed coach. Anna is also a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, Leadership Circle Certified, Birkman Method debriefer, MBTI trainer, and holds a Level 2 Coaching Psychologist certification (Korean Association of Coaching Psychology) as well as a Career Counselor Certificate.
Fluent in Korean and English, Anna coaches and facilitates across cultures with ease and adaptability. She is committed to both her inner growth and external development, and finds deep fulfillment in helping others live a life that is comfortable, abundant, growth-oriented, and successful. I deeply value self-actualization, and I find it incredibly rewarding to help clients live as their most authentic selves. I enjoy guiding them through the process of finding their own voice, facilitating inner transformation, and equipping them with practical skills that enable growth and success. I also love that working with clients is a two-way learning experience—through their ideas and insights, I continue to grow and expand my own perspectives.
What are some fun facts about you?
- I’ve written two books in the past, and I’m currently working on a new one and hoping it will become a bestseller.
- I began my Ph.D. program and my pregnancy at the same time, which made for a uniquely challenging and memorable season of life.
- “Anna” is actually my real Korean name.
