With a career in Learning and Development spanning over 20 years, Sapna began at IBM, facilitating professional and leadership development programs. This global experience delivering programs across Asia, Europe, and Africa has given her a tremendous perspective on people and their learning styles. As a freelance learning consultant and facilitator, Sapna has worked with numerous industries, including banking, aviation, technology, hospitality, insurance, FMCG, computing, logistics, fast food, and apparel. She has also been intimately involved in nurturing the startup ecosystem in India through her talk shows on radio and television.
Sapna is a leading learning consultant who has helped transform some of the world’s best-known companies like HSBC, Salesforce, IBM, Deloitte, Accenture, Nike, BNY Mellon and Barclays. She specializes in creating positively disruptive, sustainable learning journeys using simple, powerful, and practical techniques. As the founder of two startups in 2020, she brings value by applying her experience as a global facilitator and entrepreneur.

What are some fun facts about you?
- I trekked the Everest Base camp in 2015.
- I worked as a Radio Jockey for 4 years.
- I love reading everything on the labels of every product I buy. The weirdest thing I found on product labels is a warning that states, "Do not use this hair dryer while sleeping."
