Kerry Barlas, founder of KBar + Co, is a former Facebook leader with years of experience in media, advertising sales, and partnerships. She’s focused on helping sales leaders and teams drive greater business impact by cultivating a more customer-centered mindset, strategy, and communication.
With a multi-disciplinary background in consultative sales, learning and development, leadership, and business communications, Kerry brings a uniquely valuable perspective. She has led C-level partnerships, managed high-performing sales and communications teams, created and facilitated training programs for Facebook’s global sales and marketing team, advised advertisers on marketing and creative strategy, and authored complex internal and external communications for large audiences. She’s currently coaching and advising sales leaders and building programs to help elevate their teams.
Kerry is passionate about using strategic language and effective communication as primary tools to solve business problems, transform relationships, and drive growth. With a deep understanding of the client and stakeholder perspective, Kerry is a trusted thought partner, advisor, and coach.
Kerry serves on the board of Kol Shofar, and enjoys tennis, skiing, books, nature, people’s stories, and good belly laughs. She lives in the San Francisco Bay Area, and together with her husband, they have two sons.
